Microsoft Work Trends Index

The Microsoft Work Trends Index is a research initiative that surveys employees and leaders across various industries worldwide to gain insights on changing work trends. The 2022-2023 special report hightlights he role of artificial intelligence (AI) in the workplace, suggesting that the pace of work is currently exceeding human capacity to keep up, and AI is anticipated to significantly alter our working methods. We have worked with Microsoft to conduct this survey over the last three years and glean insights that will be most compelling to the industry and media.
